WOW, this is the kind of ignorance that REALLY scares me!! How anyone can fall for this ruse about aids being "created" in Labs here in this country suggests a SERIOUS lack of filled space between your ears!!

AIDS/or more accurately the HIV virus has been accurately and correctly traced back to the Rheeses (not sure that spelling is correct but it's phonetic) Monkeys in Africa as the primary source, and then NUMEROUS clusters of infection spread traced back to homosexual men throughout the world that engaged in blatant sexual relations with, in some cases, thousands of partners, which led to the closing of the gay baths in San Francisco, amongst others.

The transmission from Monkey to man is still somewhat of a mystery, but it is expected to relate to bites that broke the skin of those involved in collecting the monkeys for research sale or other mostly illegal sales outside the
country. The alternative scenarios of transmission are just too ridiculous to consider......unless the person participating also would believe that we "created" a virus in a Lab" to ???what, exterminate a race maybe....that's where this kind of ignorance usually goes very quickly. That kind of person I can imagine monkey humping......

Scary to see this stuff here......think we'll manage a casual question with anyone we meet as a potential partner about their belief in "lab created" virii!! Don't think I'd want my wife involved with someone of that mindset.

Rather doubt it was created in a lab HOWEVER I saw a rather compelling documentary to suggest it came about beacuse of faulty production procedures of the oral polio vaccine in Belgian Congo in the early '60's. A rather chilling production that made the idea believable.

Locations for white women

Having lived in several places in Africa, I know of several locations white women took holidays "alone".One of the safer places would be Gambia. There, if you lay on the beach, men will come and sit in the sand close to you or propose a massage, nothing to agressive. Other known places are Tunesia, Zanzibar, Lamu in Kenia (avoid Nairoby, far too dangerous)... Good luck, Peter

billy-ray, that also made me remember how I discovered that any of these tropical vacations can be the way for white men and women with "similar interests" to meet each other.
When I was on a business trip I realized that white women alone (eapecially if actually single) were not only seeking an IR adventure but also to meet White Men (maybe wht bois) . Most women in their 20's and early 30's are looking for new white friends and even future husbands.
Anyway , the way you stated something made me recall that thought. My Being alone or with other men in my field, the white women I met had no idea of my sexual preference-or maybe they could tell and were intrigued.

In "Dark Star Safari" by Paul Thoreux [totaly mainstream book and authour] he aludes to seeing both on a Nile cruse and in South Africa women going off with guides for sex. He mentiones it in a very offhand way, as if everybody knows that it happens.

I agree with Homer about the safari guides. Some lodges make it a practice to test their guides monthly and withdraw guides who are 'infected'.

Most of my info on women with guides often involved the early morning safari walk when most tourists prefer to stay fast asleep in bed and the more determined woman might find she is the only person on the walk, and if responsive to the guides they will always know somewhere safe and confortable for a quick, or not so quick, adventure.

Though fall back option is that midnight trip to the 'hide' when all others have returned to the bar, amd being bent over a trestle table and 'ridden.'

Sxphone, think you are wrong on that aspect. There is a STRONG belief/theory that a primate strain of HIV has been prevelant for many years in certain areas of Africa (before HIV/AIDS was even heard of). Since many African communities eat "bush meat" (different primates-monkeys), it is very much believed that in some way, via the blood/body fluid going into a wound/eyes/sore in the mouth, via undercooked meat, or careless butchering, that it mutated from there on up to what we humans have been experiencing. The virus (as do many viruses) mutates and adapts quickly. One should also be aware there are many other illnesses that we can get from or give to primates because of the scant differences in our genetics and DNA.

HIV/AIDS was not/is not a product of laboratory research here in the U.S. One might have a higher chance of acquring HIV/AIDS from many different areas in cities here in the U.S. (as well as the prison system or former inmates) as opposed to acquiring the disease from an encounter in Africa.

simple answer the methods of transmission are easier through gay males, in fact female to female transmission of sex is the safest. Certain backward thinking and lack of education on the subject has made aids an epidemic in Africa. One of the main ways is truckers visiting whores and going home to there wives has caused to spred in Africa. I honestly don't know what the racial stats are in the US. Now in the 90s it was hetero that was biggest growing number in the US.

It aint a lie. It's true. The people there rarely use contraception and have very little medicine to combat the disease. 40% of Botswana's population is HIV positive, and South Africa aint much better.
