If I'm not mistaken, I think your statistical totals (75% black) refer to worldwide populations, which include Africa, where the AIDS epidemic started...and is still rampant due in large part to poor economic/education conditions.

Different Ideas

I had a different expeirence. It was me who was hooked on interracial sex. Never my wife or daughters. This dated back to a couple of Bi-experiences I had in a locker room with a black football player in high school. Here it was 15 years later and it seemed all the internet interest or porn movies that I had stashed away dealt with black men and white women. It was something I could not put behind me. My daughters must have watched the videos and/or tracked my visited web sites. This ultimately led them down the same road. Both of them date young black men in a community that is 95% white!


I feel like I passed my own problem on to my daughters (the interest in black mens' sexual prowess).

My daughters are 19 and 22. No I have never confronted them about their choice of sleeping companions. I know they frequently watched my old videos but only after it had gone on for a couple years. Basicaly, I had moved on to DVD's years ago. By the time I realized all my videos had been watched by the girls (and surely their black boyfriends), it was past the point of no return.

And of course I have thought a thousand times about confronting them with questions. However, my fear is that the materials around our home might be a part of the answer. This would only lead to my wife knowing more of what's going on. Right now, they just joke and say things like "they prefer things well done". My wife is very liberal and almost encourages this type of union.

I personally am against it.

I think it is best if daddies just keep loving their daughters and not ask too many questions. I just know that I kept my dad up late at night and I feel guilty about it. But he never asked too many questions and the ones he did were to make sure I was being smart and safe.

I guess that's a touch of racism that I did not know I even posess. When I went back and read your e-mail it really surprised me. And those were my own words!!!

I suppose part of my being against both of them dating black guys is that it is very taboo to have both daughters caught up in the same thing. This is especially true since I know that I am part to blame.

My personal experience was based more on a "Bi" locker room experience that was ****** upon me (sorta). So its hard to see the impact of that many years later affecting another generation of my family.

It affected me and now it affects them. Yet I am still addicted to the thought and imagery of it! Strange!
