Funny thing I heard

I heard the funniest thing from someone that new the owner of that disgustingly named site, who your all bending over backwards to.

He was paid off by one of the biggest players of IR on the net just so that he wasn't any long term danger and so that the old membership of that site would migrate naturally to the other place after modification had been made to it.

Now that is funny.

Your right my knowledge is not intended for infection but on the other hand the NW crowd is and will. Has this board lost all sense of its position and importance in IR that they will pander to the extreme, or is it now required by DC to be extreme and lose sight of its worthy origins and perspective

You will lose membership and put people off getting involved in IR if they get to see extreme stuff on this board, it will stop them from getting off the ground.

Surely there are other sites that would cater to the extreme, possibly the suckywanda place or a fetish board, plenty of them and how about you NW crowd just starting that own site up? Wasnt one of you doing that?

I was one of the main contributors on that site. I didn't join or contribute because of that NIMDA bloke who run the show, but because I love IR sex. And that's the reason why I am in here , in a couple of other sites and dozens of Yahoo E-groups as well. IR sites will keep coming and going in cyber world . But it's up to us, who really enjoy IR action, to keep the flag flying for our life style.

A Final Thought

I am absolutely overjoyed that NW went down for the count. It was very, very easy to see from the moment I joined that Nimda really didn't care about the people who frequented the site. And, it's not acceptable to excuse away poor management and/or disrespect for your membership with a, "It's free and you're not paying for anything!" With that kind of attitude, you're darn right nobody is ever gonna pay you one red cent!

If you raised issues about the management of the site or the way the membership felt it was being treated, then if you weren't shouted down by Nimda himself, you were shouted down by one of his loyal moderators. Well, look at what loyalty got them. At least he found the good sense to fire Vanilla Apple Booty who showed up and ingratiated herself with the crowd there, got herself into a moderator position, and then turned out to be terrible for the job.

But the thing that annoyed me the most about NW was the false image portrayed of being open and accepting of different views. Somebody would start a thread on some controversial topic (it was never me), and then if somebody else weighed in with an opinion another member didn't like (typically one of the longstanding members and sometimes including a MODERATOR!), then that member was permitted to attack you for having an opinion, pretty much with impunity. There was only a problem if you decided you weren't going to take it and stood up for yourself. All I say now is, and with a HUGE grin on my face . . . GOOD RIDDANCE NW!

I can't say that I agree with everything you say (especially since I was a longstanding member) but you are not all wrong either. If you remember, I spoke up for you on your first ban. I think its just that when you and itty bitty and a couple of others got together in the same thread all hell would break loose. The folks there never wanted it to be like the old DC was. I was never a big fan of NIMDA or Applebooty either.

You are wasting your breath writing to the Fitter though as he hates this site and never comes here. He is a Mod at suckywanda now. But anyway, glad you are here. I didn't know you by the name SugarRay.
