There is no record that your username (or previous names) exists in chat. I'm not sure what you are seeing or even where you are.

I see no reason why you can't see chat like normal. Can you try to clear cookies and cache before accessing chat? Also, do you have another browser you can try? If this continues, please capture a screen shot and post it here so I can see what you're seeing.

GRN EYZ can give you the authoritative answer ... but you just have accidentally gotten into "dark mode" of appearance ... most sites, including hotwives (I think) have two or more modes of display. I have accidentally pushed some button and gotten myself switched into "dark mode" ... on X/Twitter, for example. However in "dark mode" you should be able to chat/pm/etc. Anyway GRN EYZ will get you fixed up (and tell you how to get out of "dark mode," if that is where you are). I'll say this as gently as I can, if GRN EYZ can't help you, no one can ... you're just fucked. LOL
