supposed to come fix Thursday....but the cable comp and me both think it is my new neighbor.....never seen anyone buy a house for 200thou...and then spend another 100 thou making changes.....although I do like the new huge barn? he had built....don't know what all doing inside but on second one of those big dumpsters

anyway power goes off about every 10-15 minutes...….early morning and late evening...….has to be them doing something.....to be those 2 times of the day
