I have a serious question. There is a big difference between cross-dressing, dressing up as a sissy and gender dysphoria. Many transgendered folks are confused about what they want. That's why professionals, who perform the operation usually require some preconditions involving councilling and a gradual transition into living as a woman before anything permanent is done. It's such a big change that it is almost impossible to know with certainty what your response will be to the new situation both physically and hormonely.
