That's really unfortunate, as well as absurd. What's an "amateur cuckold," anyway? Either your wife is your cuckoldress, or she isn't. If she is, you are her cuckold. If she isn't, you aren't.

Protecting and raising children with love and affection is among the things in life that matter. You appear to be taking on this important and difficult job for Isabella in a responsible, conscientious way under circumstances that I would say are stressful — probably very stressful — for you. That's really commendable. If you hang in there, Isabella will owe you a lot when she grows up.

Yes.... but you should probably keep in mind that at some point, Paul will move on — or at least, move out of your home (you hope) — and your wife will move on to other lovers (probably). Thus, although you are not Isabella's father, I suggest it is appropriate — since Isabella is your wife's daughter — to view yourself as her "daddy." I say this because you are already playing a large role in her life, and will almost certainly continue to do so as she grows up. While Paul is living in your home this means, in effect, Isabella will have two "daddy's" (or, in effect, a father and a daddy). That's OK. There's nothing wrong with that.
