Passing the Torch

Okay fun fans... This is the story...

First, I ran out of appropriate M/D pics. Just didn't have the time to construct more.

Second, response to this thread appeared to be waining, and considering each pic I post takes about 30 minutes to construct, I questioned the interest.

You see, I can tell how many people viewed this thread. But of all the folks that take a look, vertually no one takes the time to hit the 'Like' button. I know it takes a bit of time, but when you post three hours of work, that over 100 people have viewed, and only get one 'Like' a person is led to believe that only one person out of 100 actually liked what you posted. Ergo, don't post any more.

If folks don't like what's posted, then why post?

So... I haven't been in a rush.

However, in a last desperate attempt, I'll probably resume posting on 1 Oct and we'll see how that goes. No more interest, no more posting.

This thread is not just limited to the Mom Passing the Torch to her Dau ghter(s).. it could also be one Sister Passing the Torch to her other sister or a friend Passing the Torch to another friend (like how it happened to me).. for example, obviously, these two gorgeous girls look like sisters, so wouldn’t it be nice to think that one of them Passed the Torch to the other..?

I know I promised I'd resume posting on Oct 1st. However, that was before Helene came for a visit and, while we were relatively unhurt, there was a lot of catching up to do (work wise - everyone evacuated, now it's 'catch-up' time) and standard clean up around the area.

What all this means is that I'll try and resume posting on Oct 15. Still no promises, another depression is forming over the Gulf and suggestions indicate we're gonna get hit again. So keep your fingers crossed and I'll do my best to resume on Oct 15.

Thank you all for your rather unexpected responses.

Yes, I realize that family always comes first, but some folks don't understand that us folks who post have lives too, and they tend to get antsy.

I have a number stockpiled (not much to do when Helene is giving all of Florida a Blow Job) I don't want to just post for a week or so then take another extended pause. Trust me, I'm working on it! Just takes a bit of time.

Again, thanks for your support and well-wishes... They mean a lot to us.

P.S. Would appreciate it very much if you pray that the system developing in the Gulf doesn't develop into another major storm. The Interior Secretary said today that FEMA has run out of money, having spent the majority of it on taking care of the Illegals. So I guess we're on our own!
