Add to that the fact that guys like me, who love womanly curves, find in pregnant women even morecurves. I suppose it may be something rather basic and biological - the proven fertility of women makes them beautiful in the eyes of men, or whatever.
Now, of course, some things may need to stay a fantasy, and I sincerely believe that getting pregnant just to satisfy a kink is a spectacularly bad idea. You should have babies because you want them and because you can do the job of raising them, not because you want to get off. But that's another discussion outside the 'fantasy' realm, really.

The way nature works
Everyone needs to understand that at some point in time, maybe thousands of years, there can only be one human race. It is how nature works. All races end up being diluted over time as all humans mix together sexually. White women will have black babies, black women will have white babies, those children will mix with other ethnic races and so on and so on. It is the only way it can work over time. In the past there were geographic boundaries that limited mixing, but that is not the case today so there will naturally be more racial mixing than ever and there needs to be that mixing for the human race to survive.
If a white husband and white wife are turned on by the wife breeding with black men so they know that black men have freely used every part of her body then there is nothing wrong with that so long as the children they produce are well cared for throughout their lives.
