thanks hornyaussie4u....hoping Microsoft will do a fix since there are others having same issue... guess it has something to do with downloading updates not going right... have to go into safe mode and do???? ... I couldn't figure it out and will have to pay... instead of that I would rather just buy a new computer... so just limp along for a while
