There is no ban on your IP.

It was probably a temporary ban, there is no permanent ban on your IP

decoy, your IP is not showing as banned at present. You should be able to get into chat.

I get this popup that my user name is not allowed in chat, no matter what name I put in. Sometimes I can hit chat again immeadiately, use the same name, and go right to the lobby. Other times no matter how many times I try it, or what other name I try, there is no getting in. Just the same popup. ????

Still getting that jn893 error, and using a new name I have never used before. Sure hope you can fix this problem. Has been occurring off and on for over a month now. I think this is the third time I have written and requested help. After each time I seem to be able to join chat a few times, then it starts again. I sure appreciate your help with this. Thanks!

I have had a ban for almost a month. i am starting to give up on this website.

Your IP is not showing as banned either. However, if you're using a proxy, you may not be able to get in with whatever IP they are assigning in random. We have banned many proxy servers in the past month since they are hiding places for child porn, etc.
My suggestion is to stop using the proxy(anonymizer) when trying to chat.

there is no facility in the chat software for timed bans of any kind. The only way to be removed is by manually being removed from the ban list. I have mad enotes to myself to remove bans after a day or two in some cases to allow the chatter to 'cool off'. Most, however, will remain banned unless the person can make a good case for being allowed back in.
In your case, I suggest you send me a private message including the name you used in chat, your IP and the reason you were banned if you want to be considered for reinstatement.

yeah it still gives me the same error message of JN 763 so if i am not on the list how do you get around it?

We just got a new tool for unbanning, you could try it now. If that still doesn't work, I really don't know what to tell you. Would appreciate if you would tell me if it works or not also.

And for your info, I am NOT a him. I've spent the last couple of months working hard to make the chat room a better place and it's getting there. Hostile insulting people are not welcome and will not be tolerated. I'm not saying this is you but let all be warned
