Tats on a man give me Thug mentality impression. Whatever floats your boat. It does draw attention to the guy. I know the women enjoy the bad boy look.

On a woman, tats can look nice since her body is a canvas, however if at a formal gathering wedding or something, does the tat draw away from the dress or her beauty or her body? All I see is the tat. LA ink opened my mind to tatoos but I do not think these people would ever be in formal gowns as it might hide all their body art.
