I've been with my girlfriend for a few years now, she lost alot of weight when we first met and now she's slowly gaining it back. Problem is she just recently started pilate classes to be ready for the summer.
I would really appreciate some tips on how to avoid the results she expects from her pilate workout. Since I'm the one at home who does all the cooking, I'm thinking of serving her a high carb diet, so if you have any very good rich tasteful fattening recipes please let me know
If you have any other ideas and suggestions on how I could secretly force her to put on some extra weight please reply!!
She is 24yrs old, 5'9" and now 150 lbs.
I would like her to put on a good 25 lbs / year.
