OK - here is the question - I want a smaller dick. My wife keeps getting bulls who are smaller than me. I want the humiliation of being a pin dick. I know female hormones will do it - but I don't want breasts!
Anyone any ideas?

Hi Cris, I'd spent some time looking into this myself and found only a few longshot options. Keep in mind, none of this is medical advice on my part here. Just the results of what I found while talking to some experts, as well as my own online research. Do your own research, but you will find that most everything below is well documented and easy to research.
The first option is to just not have sex anymore. I haven't had sex in like 6 years and I've lost an inch on my penis and it's definitely thinner. If I pop a pill, it will go back to it's original size, but it's well established medically that you need to use it or lose it. This leads to the point that any shrinkage you get is just sort of secondary; when it's limp, it may look much smaller, but your penis has the ability to get back to it's original size (under the right circumstances). Mine definitely looks smaller hard, and especially soft... It's just a big clit... I'd rather it be a little clit
Second option is experimental, I will focus most of my response on this because it's the most realistic thing to try. Of course, it may not work all (you're milage may vary), and/or could have side effects... I am not making any recommendations here, just explaining what I found out...
My gf (at the time) and I spoke to a friendly doctor (he was a hormone specialist she met who was kink friendly) about increasing clit size and decreasing penis size (she wanted to increase her clit size, and was asking about penis shrinking as a joke).
For penis size it basically comes down to reducing your testosterone, and affecting your penis with Estrogen. He suggested using an Estrogen cream to affect the penis. He said it's known that increased testosterone in women can affect a woman's clit size, and this can be largely localized to the clit by using a testosterone cream. He said the opposite effect can, in theory, be obtained with Estrogen. He wanted her to try to increase her clit size (as did I), but didn't care a darn about shrinking my dick, lol.
Anyway, so, the idea is this... You can purchase an Estrogen cream and use it on your penis daily. You can source the cream at certain Web sites online that sell pharmacy items without a prescription (prescription for some non-narcotic items are not needed in Europe, and some sellers will ship those items internationally... Do your research). You can apply the cream to your penis and testicles twice to three times a day (per directions).
In my case, I masturbute a few times a day. So my goal is (was) to use the cream as a lubricant when I jerk-off. I would go per recommended dosage and see how that goes. It may take 2 to 3 months to see if it makes a difference.
A few things to note...
First, it may be that nothing happens at all. These creams have a lower amount of Estrogen in them and may just be overcome by the amount of Testosterone running through a mans body, or the body may produce more Testosterone to balance out the extra Estrogen; it just depends on the man.
Second, it could only have a mild effect, so maybe it works but not to your satisfaction. Or it may result in only secondary changes, like softer skin and less hair in the affected area. Maybe you'll find any change a plus though.
Third, it could have annoying side effects like skin rashes for example, in which case you need to stop and recover. Softer skin is a possibility, reduced body hair, thicker head hair. You could also possibly find your breast tissue swelling slightly and nipples becoming more sensative. But it's not likely you'll "grow" breasts because there is just not enough Estrogen in these creams.
So In other words, this is Estrogen, not as much as you would take to become a woman, transsexual, or shemale, but enough to possibly see some side effects. In general, when you see these side effects, you stop and all goes back to normal.
Forth, you could see some more seriouis side effects (just common examples here). If you go outside the dosage, like say applying this stuff to your penis like 10 times a day, you could see your testicles shut down. That would shrink your penis for sure, maybe cause mild breast growth and other mild femanine attributes to appear. However, if you go overboard like that for long periods of time you could see some permanent changes... So stick to reasonable dosages, unless you want those side effects.
Fifth, this is important but not likely an issue in this case. Excessive Estrogen has been linked to certain types of cancer, or can cause liver problems. It not really an issue with the cream, but just be aware that you are not playing with some hand cream, this stuff when used incorrectly can damage you. The doctor said this is really a non-issue for the cream.
The other options are surgical, so they are extreme and not easy to achieve...
Getting castrated will shrink your penis fast, but that has all the side effects that happen when you lose your balls and there is no going back. Your body will suffer from low testosterone, which can trigger weight gain, lack of energy, emotional changes. It will also let the Estrogen in your body to have a stronger effect, so you may see similar changes that you would see when using too much Estrogen cream. There are ways to achieve castration, either via a doctor, or non-surgical methods that are still high-impact. I'll just leave it at that.
There is a surgical procedure that can also possibly work, but good like finding any surgeon who is willing to do it (unless you find a kinky surgeon maybe... Wouldn't that be awsome). So, there is a surgical procedure (forgot the name) for straightening a penis when it's bent. This procedure involves removing a section of tissue from the penis which actually shortens it to a degree.
This procedure was found to also work for patients who had a problematically long penis as well; so they could reduce just the length of the penis in this case. Unless you can justify to a doctor the need for the surgery, you will have a "hard" time finding a surgeon, and even if you did it would cost a bundle without insurance covering it. Lastly, they are operating on your penis so you run the risk of damaging your erectile tissue, not to mention all the other standard risks when having surgery.
I personally want to try the Estrogen cream, and I will within the next few years. I'm just trying to sort out my love life at the moment. I don't have a girlfriend right now, but I don't want to shink my penis to the point that impedes my abilty to capture the heart of the girl I'm currently interested in. If she moves on, then it will be shrinky-dink time
Good luck.
