How do I make this lifestyle in to a reality?

A bit of my background: me and my wife are in mid 30s, we both Asians. My wife has been brought up as a Muslim girl. But lately she hasn't been religious. We have 3 kids if that matters.

There were a time about years ago, we had pillow talk about how if she's interested in fucking other guys. She was. But eventually when talking about it I shut it down due to jealously.

Anyway, she's not interested in this lifestyle. I haven't acutally brought it up properly. I understand it's all about communication with her. But if I talk about it more, she eventually will say, she would leave me first if she wants to be with someone in a relationship. She's not adventurous. About part or so, I have bought sleeved condom for me to try. She was interested in me using it. But eventually she's not interested anymore.

I have bought her a dildo, but everytime I tried to talk to her about the toy, she gets angry and shuts me down about it.

Any tips on trying to make this lifestyle in to step by step?

I understand you feeling, and it would be great if both sides are on the same page, the excitement and fun can both have. However, even I do not know you both, but I can say with great cetnty , this lifestyle has back fired on many. Your wife said a keyword," she has to leave before doing it" this could be an indication that you saying this means to her you do not love her or respect her. If she is religious that's add more complication to the matter.
I can make my response a long one, but the short answer is to consider other methods to fulfill your sexual fancies.
