I know what's it's called and if you would have read my past postings you would have already known that too. And as for feeling, yes you can feel when your wearing it. Well at least I can. I guess if your a little below average and don't stretch the material, then, no I don't guess you would feel anything. I've looked at the sleeves and she's not into anything with all those knobs on it. We've tried stuff like that in the past. We have found what she likes, it's the combination of girth, length and the real feel material.
