I've been told it's a bannable offense and think it should be. I think whoever uses it, especially in a flaming, condascending or offensive way should be removed if they've at least been warned about it prior to the banning.

In my opinion, it's a dirty word and doesn't have any place in decent society. I don't use it, I don't allow my teens kids to use it and I even stopped my parents from using it and they're very old school.
