Where I live their was a man and women charged with selling a eleven year old girl for sex. This has been going on for over two years and the son of a bitch just got caught. We had another case of a 44 year old rapeing a ten year old then killing her and shoved her in a old abandon freezer in a trailer in the country. Guess what they found him mentally incompentant to stand trial.
