Just to give an update, the girl who arrived early last year is without a doubt by me rather than her boyfriend. But as always, the breeding process was a lot of fun.

I don't think it's unrealistic. However the pool of potential hot wives / couples actively seeking this has to be tiny. Much more likely to happen inside an already established long term relationship with the couple.
