What ramifications?

The thought is always there, 'How will this impact our relationship?' especially if it's a first time deal. There are other thoughts too... 'If I allowed this first 'fling' might it become normal?' or 'how will I feel the next morning, knowing a Black guy has had her?' would this lead to 'does she still love me?'

Anyone who is actually involved in this lifestyle knows it isn't all peaches and cream. Even if this was the guy's idea, and his wife went along with it, there is always the naked fact that reality is vastly different from fantasy!
