I personally know a couple that this happened to. This is going to sound like complete bullshit, but I swear it's all true. There was a woman who worked at the same factory I worked at. At the time, she was about 43 or so. We both worked in the office. She's still there, but I've been gone for over 5 years. Anyway, she was well known as being somewhat of a slut. Pretty, she was not and she didn't have a very good body...saggy tits. There was a new state trooper who moved into town who just happened to be black. And pretty, he was not either. Well, it wasn't long before these two hooked up. The bad thing was that her banker husband just happened to decide to go home for lunch one day when they were having a mid-day fuck session. He caught them in the act! This wasn't the only time this state trooper got caught with a local white woman. Another time after this incident, he hooked up with another skank who just happened to be divorced from one of the roughest and meanest bastards in this small county. The problem here was that the badass and the skank were in the process of trying to get back together and they had kids...who were staying with the skank. One night, badass and skank had been with each other and with the kids to go eat. He dropped her and the kids off at their house, but decided to go back about 15 minutes later. When he pulled up, he finds the trooper's cruiser parked outside the house. He busts down the door and his ex runs out naked and the trooper runs out to "fight" the badass, but didn't know that he had a knife. The trooper's "fight" quickly turned to "flight" when the badass tried to cut his throat! This being a small town, the badass never even had to go to court and the trooper was reassigned to a small city. He was killed in 2000 in a work zone accident in that small city.

Personally, I suffered through a heartbreaking divorce. My first wife...who is white, snuck around on me - and thankfully kept her affair away from the house we shared. We had a son, and right now, don't think he even knows his daddy...since she remarried. (Long story, and I don't have the time to bore people. Comprende?)
Damn...This badass may have had connections. (Just guessing.) Some cops...white AND black, get away with murder. That saying is true: What you do to someone will come back at you 10, 20, even 100 times as worse.

Many cops DO get away with murder - figuratively AND literally - sad as it is. Other than actors/actresses it is the one profession where those involved seem to need to ACT a part diametrically opposed to how they act off the job.
Okay, sorry, got off topic...I had a GF years ago with whom I was going to live. Her apt. was nicer and bigger than mine so I was going to move in with her. I had a key, went there on a Thursday morning with a trunkful of stuff and was surprised to see her car parked in the lot - she'd supposed to be working. I went inside, leaving my stuff still in the car since I figured if she was home she could help. Dead silence in the living room but thru the ceiling came those unmistakeable sounds. Heart pounding, getting warm and mouth dry as sand I went up the stairs, down the hall and looked thru the open doorway where my soon-to-be EX girlfriend was on her back, legs wide, being really rammed by another guy. Some may ask, how come nobody heard you? I didn't announce myself when I came in and both people on the bed were making a lot of noise - both bodily and vocally.
Despite what some folks post about getting hard and excited seeing blatant infidelity before their eyes, my reaction was quite different. I was angry, hurt and crushed and realized this was obviously not a one-time thing. And I also knew the old Arab proverb that it is difficult to thread a moving needle - my girlfriend was no innocent victim. I didn't rant, rave or even say a word. They didn't even know I had seen. What I DID do was to step into the bathroom next to the bedroom and leave a message on the mirror with her lipstick (located just inside the vanity) saying "Thanks alot...Goodbye!" and left the date and time. To further indicate I knew what had gone on, I went outside, moved her car (her purse, with her car keys, was sitting on an end table in the living room) and placed it in a spot closer to her apt and left a note INSIDE on the dashboard telling her what I'd seen, the time and day. I used my cell phone to call her apt and when the answering machine came on I thanked her for her treachery, mentioned what I'd seen and told her about the messages I'd left and asked her to leave the things I had already brought there out to the front step when she was done and I'd get them later.
When I later collected the few things already there (thankfully) she didn't even come out to apologize or offer an explanation or even say goodbye. The last time I ever saw her was on her back in her bed with some guy humping her to beat the band.
