I've been married for over 10 years now and as with many relationships of that length, a bit of stagnation has set in. Good advice

Mac has some very good advice about your next move, if you decide to make a move.
I have a few ideas that ma be able to help you make that decision.
First off, how often do you go out together. You say she is shy, but does she mix well with people that she knows.
The reason for these questions will become apparent.
When you do go out, encourage her to wear more revealing clothes, or dress a little sexier than she normally does. This is not a quick fix, it will take time.
