I don't know, however, how that was determined (i.e., I have no information about the nature of the surveys), and I haven't read anything about the variability among individuals (i.e., does "35" mean "35 +/- 2 years? 35 +/- 5 years?" etc.). This is a way of saying I have no idea whether this information is actually true.

The picture, though, does seem to be that women, on average, reach their sexual peaks significantly later than men.

I really hope that's true, because the future would look promising if that's the case.
