I tend to think the other way MuleGuy. If a few guys who are used to insulting and humiliating the pics of real women and couples on this site are feeling the heat, then I don't find that a bad thing. You know the recent example that I am talking about I'm sure. That couple haven't posted again. But there is a multiplier effect. How many other women and couples won't post now because of that idiot who thinks he has the right to "say whats on his mind". You want couples and women on this site Mule or him because in the end you really can't have both.
Most of the negatives that I had always heard people complain about when it comes to this site has always involved bickering, flame wars, arguments, and attacks on posters.

She hasn't been on any sites in a few weeks. In my last email I had told her that Pimp had made Mod. The email I got back was that she was going to quit. That every time she saw his name on this site she got depressed. I tried to tell her to wait before quitting this site. But what can I say to her? That Pimp has changed? He's seen the light? He has 3000 posts of the very type of thing she doesn't like about this site and then she hears that instead of being reined in he is the Mod.
I know what you and Pimp and many other GUYS will say. If she doesn't like it she doesn't have to come here. And you are right. But I say that just like a Singles Dance, you can never have enough women. And believe it or not they think different than us guys. Yeah they do. They don't like the name calling, and fighting that has gone on here.
Then there is the attacks. This site started a Cuckold thread. It didn't really want to but it did. So what happened to it. All was going well for awhile with cucks doing their cuck thing and telling stories and such. Then the attacks began. No cucks posting there any more is there boys. Look at the post dates. People went out of their way to enter a forum that they didn't like just to insult and attack and thereby ruin the forum.
So if things quiet down and we have to play nice together and the women stay and the few who like to fight and insult go then thats ok with me because the ones who leave will be guys instead of women.

Well I hate to be the one to break this to you, Norm but......I am relatively sure I know the person you refer to and I doubt very much they are even in fact a female. I have never known one female, not a single one, who ever endorsed or embraced the extreme things "she" did. If you've noticed I am making a concerted effort to change the atmosphere here to be a more congenial one but that should not be mistaken as free license for anyone to come in behave as they please.

So when the guy is first introducing the idea to his wife, he would naturally bring her here, in general for the majority when she sees the extreme nature of the new added additions she will be both horrified and repelled.
If for whatever reason you find it impossible to listen to the logic of where DC's position is as a forum in the IR sex experience then perhaps you can find a way of keeping the boards so separately that it makes it almost impossible for NEW people with a NEW interest to log into the sick NW perversions that would just put off the NEW majority. We are not talking about seasoned and hardened members of the community BUT new people experimenting.

I wish you would clarify exactly which "sick NW perversions" that DC is thinking of setting up into separate forums that you are talking about.
I also think that you are way too concerned with how many NW'ers are coming here because for the most part, as nearly as I can tell they are going to suckywanda.org. There are huge threads of folks saying hi from NW. All the core members of NW are there. For that matter, within 24 hours of my fellow NFC East fan Pimp making Mod, people started coming in saying they were from DC!
This site is not really being inundated with ex NW people. We were already here. We all started here and went to both sites. I was a paying DC member in "04" and "05" and joined NW in "05". I visited NW every day and DC every couple of weeks. I would venture to guess that a majority of people on both sites visited both sites fairly regularly because both sites had a great majority of lurkers only into IR porn.
I think these so called possible changes to this site are to keep NW people interested in DC and not go looking for another home site. And that is a smart thing for Admin to do. But even if we find another home site, nothing will change. Most folks on both sites will visit both sites on a regular basis.
Now I may be wrong about what I am about to say next but it is my own personal feeling. I feel that this whole welcoming to ex NW members and the whole making separate forums for our interests and all is being done while holding there noses and I personally feel insulted by it. Pimp and others have plainly made known that they don't agree with it and would just as soon we went away. I don't think its going to work any more than the cuckold thread did.
For the poster that asked why the admin on this site are "bending" to ex NW people as it was an insignificant IR site. If DC is the "900 lb gorilla" then NW was a pretty big gorilla too. It had half the membership but with a greater percentage of folks posting. Before NW went down it would get 6 pages or so of new posts a day, versus about 10 pages of new posts a week at DC. I don't call that insignificant.

Well I have to say, even as a newly named moderator, I am a little put off by some of the new things also. I will tow the company line to a point but don't expect me to do cart wheels over certain things or even endorse them. I'm not the owner or administrator of the site so my "clout" is limited. For my own personal tastes and from my own point of view all I ever hoped for or wanted from this site (or any other) was:
1) basic decency and common courtesy; for everyone, even in disagreement, to treat others with respect. I know I have not always behaved in the best manner possible myself. I was never proud of those times when I didn't. Name-calling and insulting (particularly when it's directed at a man or his wife who have posted photos and don't look like supermodel material) is just "assholish," juvenile and wrong.
2) To maintain a more realistic approach to the interracial lifestyle: I am not in favor of some of the new sections and never will be. I never wanted to see this site embrace breeding, humiliation, racial worship or anything else of such an extreme and disturbing nature. Then again, it's not my call to make. But don't expect me to like it or defend it, even as a moderator. I have too much respect for myself and others to engage in or embrace many of these things. I guess I'm more of a swinger than anything else. I'm certainly not grounded in fantasy nor am I an extremist. What ever happened to good old fashioned swinging and swapping? I guess when you're a wisher and not a doer your thoughts can go askew and migrate to the deviant or extreme. That's not me and never will be.
3) I never wanted to be a part of a site that embraced political correctness or coddled certain sects of membership. If something offends me or goes against my core principles as a human being, I am not gonna say it's ok under the guise of tolerance. Wrong is wrong any way you cut it. You may say it's not my call to say what is right or wrong for people. I never said it was. But I think any persons who are honest with themselves (and that's a huge leap of faith to make about individuals here), they know that breeding is irresponsible and wrong. Humiliation of another human being is wrong. Worship of another mortal person is wrong. So you may say I take these things too literally and to lighten up. How can I or anyone else when they see the evidence right in front of them that these aren't just fantasies for most here. They are downright strictly adhered to theisms and border on fanatical obsession. It's unhealthy and scary.
I know I can easily avoid such issues by steering clear of certain topics and threads. Easier said than done, especially as a moderator. Maybe one day I will find my own Utopia; that interracial site that is predicated upon trying to actualize real-time meetings among it's members. No talk of breeding a woman like she was chattle or bringing a life into this world so irresponsibly. No mention of worshipping a mere human being period, but least of all because his or her skin is a different hue than mine/yours. No wanting to see your daughters, no matter their ages, given to others for sexual purposes. No associative humiliation or derision of men because of their ethnicity, inadequacies or fondness for wife-watching. I know a site like that must exist........or will one day. And it is such a site that I am better suited for.

He has not washed to the changing of the site nor being a Super Mod.

But I do have one pertinent question, Dig. How, since this is a FREE part of DC, do you maintain that the people using this board are the ones who pay DC's bills? That's inside of the site, not here in this venue. Or at least I didn't think the two were necessarily one in the same although certainly associated.
