tcp failed?

After I have successfully logged on, when I try and connect to the chat room I get a message saying'TCP Connection Failed - HTTP connection failed'. Can you help me correct taht so I can connect please?

im having a similar problem after logging into the board i get a message saying go to parachat to update my browser i have updated java but cannot access the chat room

You may need to enable java in your browser settings
