i was enied access to the chat room.i was told my chat service limit had been reached. What is that exactly ?

This new chat room REALLY SUCKS, why on earth would you put a 200 person limit on a chat room that routinly has well over 200 people in it?
I don't like this new chat room format and wish they would go back to the older system. I had no problems with the old system and have had NOTHING but problems with this new system. New is NOT ALWAYS better.
