I have to agree with "funlilwife". Recent Court decisions have clarified that point. They have stated that in pictures, cartoons, well anything that shows underage humans that are drawn, or are virtual images, where no real live underage human was involved, are NOT illegal. I also agree with "funlilwife" when she says if you don't like the art work, don't look at it.
