It's up to you. Silkenboy has given you some good advice. Get a temporary tattoo first, where you want it, and note a "Jack of Spades" tattoo is appropriate (apparently) if you have the appearance, and intend to retain the appearance, of a male (despite considering yourself a sissy). If you are a fully-feminized sissy, with the appearance of a woman, a "Queen of Spades" tattoo would be appropriate.

If you want to get tattooed, then get yourself tattooed — possibly with a temporary tattoo first, as an experiment. You should use your own judgment re. the nature of the tattoo and where you want it.
