Why is this happening? Isn't it bad? I was a mod at a forum and was told not to do that as it takes away from google indexes.

Or is their something wrong with the site?

Not sure what you're referring to but perhaps some clean-up is being done. Just not by me.

I haven't been on DC in a while and upon my return I quickly noticed the "clean-up" -- I think it's good after all it is the fall season.
