Do "chance meetings" really work

wifey loves to show and will allow lots of public play especially with black males but she does not want anything pre-set.
has anyone pre-arranged a "chance meeting" and it go well.
we are in the chicago area.

I am in chcgo area, you may never know as she may or may not like the guy. The only way to find out is to set it up go for it and later see what happens. make sure that she has had some drinks too if you are planning to meet in a club. Have fun with it.
