The employees where I work are very open with their personal lives and recently, I heard two stories too hot to not share with you folks. Two of the women I work with are cheating on their men, one of which is a full on cuckold situation. You’re right, they are hot. It sounds like there's no doubt you work in an organization with active women. Given they tell each other —as well as the men (I gather you're a man…?) — about their sexual adventures, I would guess that has the effect of encouraging the married women who have not yet taken lovers to do so.... or at least, to begin thinking along those lines. If so, that’s great.
