Hi Ms. Meliena,
Regarding your question:

Hi All — I'm quite new to this, I need some advice. I managed to get my husband secured into a chastity device last week and need to know how long can I keep him locked in it.
If you read:
"Sperm Wars: The Science of Sex," by Robin Baker, Ph.D. (1996, BasicBooks, 319 pp [hardcover])
you'll see he says that men ejaculate with a frequency proportional to their production of new sperm. Some points he states relevant to your question (these are from memory) are:
—On average, men ejaculate about 4 times per week. (This strikes me as somewhat low, but as I recall, that's what he says.)
—Male ejaculations may be via sexual intercourse with a partner, masturbation, nocturnal emissions, or any combination of these methods.
—A man with a relatively sexual partner might ejaculate 4 (or more) times a week via sexual intercourse with his partner and no other method.
—A man with a relatively less sexual partner might ejaculate (say) 2 times a week via sexual intercourse with his partner, via masturbating once or twice per week, and via zero or one nocturnal emissions per week.
—A man without a partner tends, on average, to ejaculate via masturbation (say) 3 times per week and via one nocturnal emission per week, or via some other combination of these two methods.
Others who have replied to your question have indicated some women keep their men locked in chastity devices for time periods much longer than one week. In such cases, my guess would be their men discharge older sperm to (in effect) "accommodate" or "make room for" continuously-generated new sperm by having nocturnal emissions and possibly daytime emissions as well, through their chastity devices, despite the devices preventing them from having erections.
Alternatively, it strikes me as possible that such men — thwarted from becoming erect and ejaculating in "normal" ways by their chastity devices — may decrease their rates of new-sperm production, as an adaptation.
In any case, a sort of conventional wisdom (for whatever it may be worth) seems to be that a woman who keeps her man in a chastity device should allow him to ejaculate no less frequently than once per month, to maintain prostate health. Ejaculation can be by "milking" your man anally (you can google "anal milking" for instructions).
Probably you should remove your man's chastity device at least once per week for purposes of washing and re-shaving his genital area, the latter to prevent hair from getting caught in the device and pulling. When you put your man's chastity device back on, you should apply a lubricant (say, baby oil) to his cock and balls to prevent chafing.
Having said all this, I should also say my wife does not require me to wear a chastity device (nor have I brought up the subject.... I mean, maybe she would like the idea, right? It's a scary thought....). So, maybe some of the others who have replied to your question will be kind enough to comment further on these things.
