If you have not actually "gone through with it," and no past girl friend had sexual relationships with other men while maintaining her sexual relationship with you, with or without your knowledge, the answer — unambiguously — is "no."

Incidentally, note that historically the word "cuckold" means a married man whose wife fucks other men. Thus, if you are not married you are not a cuckold by definition. See the above Wikipedia link, however, for a more nuanced discussion.
