I logged in this morning and complimented a couple photos. When I returned later, I was greeted with a banned from chat message. Anyone know why? Is there a list of rules somewhere? Maybe I broke a rule? There was no explanation about the ban and I didn't have any negative interactions.

You are not banned. You are likely using an IP which has been flagged as spam thanks to the chat bots. Turn you rdevice off and on to optain a different IP.
