Why can I not log into the chat

It keeps saying You need to log in I open a new web page in the search click on logins then it tells me I've got to go to the site so I open another web page click on the site name and then click it opens up the list of features forums chat major stories members social etc the long list on the left but when I click chat it won't let me in now I've been using this now for about 56 weeks and I've no problem is the site down I am not sure

You need to login here to the main site first then click the chat link. There is no need to open up multiple windows as clicking the chat link will automatically do that for you. I'm not sure what you you been doing for the past 56 weeks or where you've been going but it hasn't been to our chat rooms since you only registered here a little over 2 weeks ago.
 
it wont let me i am on her now then click chast then get a red line across the top saying go to the site

i have just logged out of her logged back in then clicked chat it says got to the site to log in

yes i know i jusr come back to the site and it has worked ok for me till this morning i opwn the main site when i log in i click chat at the side like normal but i get a red bar across the top saying log into the mail site i have

Log off of here (the main site), clear the cache and cookies from your browser then log back on and try chat again. Or you can try a different browser.

AS AN ADMIN CAN YOU DO ANYTHING FOR ME AS IT CLEARLY KEEPS TELLING ME TO LOG INTO THE MAIN SITE I HAVE NOW LOGGED OUT AND IN AGAIN STILL GETTING THE SAME DAM MESSAGE

Instead of yelling at me first, you could have (should have) just told me that my suggested solution worked.

first i did not yell i caught my caps key posted then realised it has been on so i am sorry for that second i was so frustrated that i could not resolve it myself i just like to thank you for your help i never give i a thought that it could have been that stopping me
