Since yesterday I'm getting "Please connect to the site to enter chat" error, eventhough I'm logged in to the site. I've tried logging out and logging in again but it kept giving he same error. Can anyone help?

Clear your browser's cache and cookies and try again.
 
I'm getting this some message I've cleared cashe and cookies when I tap on chat it opens a new tab that has member log in an guest login when I tap on member login it says connect to site at the bottom there's a login when I tap that it says unknown user or password when I try to reset password an put my email in it says no user please help

The link at the bottom of the page to sign-on no longer works.
