Most who post here sound like Bill Clinton - "Depends on what the word SEX means." Y'all want to represent your own fetish as that of a cuckold, and even stretch the definition when it is applied formally at this and several other sites. You say anything to sell a product (porn.) Twist anything because, essentially, you're twisted. But that does leave the TRUE cuckold out to wash.
So, I'd like this thread to be for the true cuckold. Not the guy who thinks having a girlfriend means she must be faithful (girlfriends, like any friend may do as they like with whoever they like. It's not even considered cheating.) This thread is not for you closet queers who will offer your faithful wives to men so you can have some kind of relationship with another male. It's not for you swingers who are just out to pervert your marriage experience out of boredom or temptation. It's not for you jerk offs who use your woman as pornography, she is, of course, being faithful to your whims and wishes.
This thread is for the man with an unfaithful wife - who has probably left the nest by now. The woman who did not, does not, honor and obey you. For the poor fellow whose wife cheats at will, doesn't stand by her husband, probably makes him ill or at the least wishes him dead - saves the anguish for her with divorce attorneys and court appearances.

You've obviously been here long enough to notice the primary content of these forums are for play & fantasy. There is a serious side of cuckolding, the true cuckold, that needs its own space. Unfortunately, true cuckolds have a lot of other issues/problems to resolve, rather than bare their souls here in a "pity party". Normally they'll go to a shrink or doctor for that ... at least that's the way I handled it.

Lately ( in the last 6-8 months or so ) we have added another interest to this forum ... a more analytical section, when Doc In Cleveland started to contribute. Whether Doc is a true psychologist or whatever, his approach or observances are more from an "understanding" of cuckolding, which is needed.

So, now we have 3 very specific options ... true cuckolding, fantasy cuckolding, and psychological cuckolding. I'd like to see this section get lots of contributions, but as I said, I'm afraid most serious cuckolders have other, more pressing issues, don't you think? Best of luck here ... Mac

Duke brings up an interesting take, as does Mac. Some colleagues of mine, when discussing this, factor in "control" from a married males' perspective. The fact is, for 4,500 years of organized societal existence, the men went out, the women stayed in. This changed the ratio of prospects for the sexes .. and it showed from male actions.

Now, we fast forward to just the last 60 years or so .. maybe even the last forty .. maybe this is a reaction by married males.

Sometimes I use profanity or terms to cut down on the number of words I type and to get to the point .. so .. don't be alarmed.

As in:

"Fuck it. It's gonna happen anyways. Why not get some form of control over it."

It's another perspective I've heard expressed and one you might want to consider.

I am not sure what the big deal is about all this. I am a cuckold plain and simple my wife has sex with other men while I remain faithful. No, she is now 55 ,,she would be about 40 when we started . She was at first very shocked ,,not so much that her daughter was a bit of a slut , but more that i was so much a wimp and put up with it. Your definition is a popular one here, thought twisted. Faithful means that a person trusts that another will do as promised. In a sexual content the wife is expected to do as promised. If swinging is what was promised, then the spouse is NOT unfaithful. Therefore no cuckold is created. Simply because a partner cheats does not create cuckold. In fact sex need not play a role at all. This thread was meant for cuckolds: men who are victims of unfaithfulness.
