I am always curious about when and how guys initially became interested in the hotwife /cuckold concept. How "popular" the concept and practice of hotwife / cuckold husband marriages is seems hard to judge. I'm not aware of any surveys that have tried to determine what percentage of couples have such marriages, and whether that percentage has increased during recent decades.

This seems inconsistent with:
