Couple's kissaten (kappuru-kissa) I believe. I've heard of the booth kind like that, and also a different kind that are more open swinger's clubs where people all fuck in a one or two big rooms in front of other couples.
If you guys go out near Azabu/Hiroo, should be quite a few in the back alleys toward Roppongi if it's like it was when I lived there.
The only problem you might find is that although they likely won't discriminate based on race, they might not let you in because they're worried about people who can't communicate 100% in Japanese... those kind of places have very strict rules and codes of etiquette usually and they're particular about you being able to understand it.
