Advise on how to take the second step!

Hello Everybody,
I am one of the big fans of this site and I love it! I have been reading for some time some of the thread here and some are very interesting. Now the reason why I am turnning here to ask for some advise on how to get my lovely wife to go all the way, I have told her about the idea of sharing her with another man and she is not totally against the idea, she gets turn on and wet when I talk to her about it during love making, but after she does not talk about it.
I would like to hear some advise on how to try to get her into taken a second step I do not want to be pushy about it, I want to really have the experiences done in the righ way.

Same Situtation

My wife is in the exact same category.
 
Often, and I hate to say it out loud on this site, but women often will takethe step first with a man of their own race and leave the step of going IR as a separate issue.
I think this point is obvious but let me know if you need more explanation
